Nobody films the Tuesday.
The physique on that grid took years of ordinary days that nobody watched, nobody clipped, and nobody clapped for. This is a system for the ordinary days, run by a person who actually checks.
$79/month founding rate, locked for as long as you stay. First month refundable. Application only, and no card until a coach accepts you.
Jehvon doesn't coach you. He brought this to his audience and he runs it himself. The coaching is designed and delivered by Momentum's team. Exactly who does what →
You have bought the plan before.
Possibly several. The plan was probably fine. That was never where it went wrong.
Week one is easy. You are motivated, the plan is new, and the gym feels like a decision you have already made.
Week three, something ordinary happens. A bad night's sleep, a work trip, a fortnight where the training slides to the bottom of the list.
Nobody notices. The PDF does not text you. The app does not care. The person who sold you the plan already got paid.
So you drift, quietly, and by the time you admit it you are far enough back that starting again feels humiliating. You stop, not because it stopped working, but because nobody was watching when it got hard.
Six months later you buy another plan. The plan is fine. It is the same missing thing.
The grid shows six days. It took ninety.
Every square below is one day of a real three-month block. Press the buttons and watch what a feed actually shows you, against what actually happened.
Sample data. Nothing here is stored, and nobody sees this but you.
That middle picture is the product. One coach, three to five things a day, and somebody who notices in week three instead of month six.
ApplyThis is not a programme. It is a person.
A programme is information, and information has not been the bottleneck for a long time. You could build a good physique from free content alone and you know it. What you cannot get free is somebody whose actual job is to read your week and tell you the truth about it.
| A programme or app | 1:1 online coaching | Momentum | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A plan, once | A plan plus check-ins | A named person and a daily record |
| Week three | Nobody notices | Depends on the coach | Three misses and they message you that day |
| Who writes it | Written before you existed | Your coach | Your coach, rewritten every week |
| Daily effort | Read it, forget it | Log a session | Thirty seconds, then sealed |
| Typical cost | $0–60 once | $100–300/mo | $79/mo, founding rate |
Seventy seconds, and it ends on the only sentence that matters.
Momentum's own film. No transformation footage, nobody raising their voice, no timeline. One unremarkable morning and the thirty seconds inside it that decide whether the day gets recorded honestly or quietly disappears.
A capable man at first light. Nobody in this film is broken and nobody is being told to try harder. He already knows what to do. That was never the problem.
Thirty seconds, and a day gets sealed. Then a line drawn only from days that actually happened, bending slowly, the way a real one does.
"Not another app. A real coach." Which is the argument this whole page has been making, said in five words.
Nothing loads until you press play. If you would rather see the product than feel it, there is a two-minute walkthrough on the method page.
$79/month, locked for as long as you stay. First month refundable. Places capped at what the coaches can genuinely hold.
ApplyThree steps. Then you just show up.
A coach writes your build
Ten honest minutes about what you are actually chasing, what your week really looks like, and what has already failed. Within 48 hours a real person writes three to five daily actions, each with a cue and a reason it earns its place. Never twenty. Never a template.
Within 48 hoursThey hold you to it every week
A weekly check-in with a person who knows your name and your reasons, on WhatsApp or SMS, whichever you actually use. Miss the same thing three days running and you hear from them on the third day, not at the end of the month.
Every weekYou seal the day in thirty seconds
Mark each item kept, part or missed, write a line if you want to, seal it. Sealing is you saying: this is a true record. Only you and your coach ever see it. No feed, no leaderboard, nothing to post.
Daily, 30 secondsTwo names on this page. Here is exactly who does what.
You are about to hand your week to somebody. You should know precisely who that is, who is paying whom, and who can see what.

The audience is his · the coaching is ours
Jehvon
The introduction- Went looking for this before we ever spoke to him. He had been thinking about building a coaching product himself and wanted a team who could actually deliver one
- Told Momentum what men in his comments actually need, and what they have already been sold three times
- Runs it himself, with his own coach and his own daily build
- Earns a commission when somebody joins through this page
- He does not coach you, and never will
- He does not write or see your build
- He never sees a single day of your log
- He is not told who applied or who joined. He sees a number, not a name
Momentum
The coaching and the technology- Designs and delivers every part of the coaching, with its own trained and paid coaches
- Reads your application and matches you to a person within 48 hours
- Builds and runs the dashboard, the two counts, and the escalation that fires on a third miss
- Holds your data under Momentum's own privacy policy, and deletes it if you ask
- Takes your payment, answers your emails, issues the refund if the first month does not work
- If the coaching is poor, that is Momentum's failure and Momentum's to fix
- Founded by Calvin Kudzai. Coaching, not medical or nutritional treatment
Your coach
The person you will actually deal with- One named human being, trained by Momentum, holding a deliberately limited caseload so you are never a row on a list
- Writes your three to five daily actions and rewrites them every week as your life moves
- Messages you on the third consecutive miss, the same day
- Is the only person on earth who sees your log
- Not a dietitian, a physio or a therapist. Trained to say so early and refer you on
- Not Jehvon, and not an algorithm wearing a name
The money, plainly. Jehvon is paid a commission on members who join through this page, and it costs you nothing extra. His own coaching is free for as long as the partnership runs. That is the entire commercial relationship, there is nothing else attached to it, and it is written at the bottom of every page on this site rather than tucked into terms nobody opens.
Four rules. Enforced in the software, not printed on a poster.
Seal the day
Ticking a box is not a commitment. Sealing is a separate act that says: this is a true record of what happened. Only sealed days count. It takes thirty seconds, which is small enough that a terrible day is never a reason to skip it.
The honest count never resets
Two numbers. The run is consecutive days you kept the build, and a miss ends it. The honest count is consecutive days you told the truth, and the only thing that resets it is lying. A missed day you logged is data. A missed day you hid is the start of the fade.
Yesterday closes
You can log today and yesterday. Older days lock, and only your coach reopens one. No going back at the end of the week to make the record look like the week you meant to have.
Your coach holds the pen
Only your coach adds, changes or removes something from your build. You choose what you are chasing. They design how you get there. The version of you at 11pm on a flat Wednesday does not get a vote on whether the hard one stays.
Four rules, one coach, thirty seconds a day. Ten honest minutes to apply.
ApplyWhy I put my name on this one.
People ask me for the programme. Every day, for years. And I could sell you one, it would look great, and most of you would stop using it around week three. I know that because I have watched it happen to friends, to clients, and honestly to myself in the years before I got consistent.
The truth is boring. I did not build this body with a secret. I built it with a small number of ordinary things, done on days I did not feel like it, for a very long time. None of that is filmable. Nobody watches a Tuesday.
So what I actually wanted to give people was not a plan. It was the thing I had that most of them do not: somebody paying attention. A person who would notice in week three, not month six.
I went looking for a team who could build that properly, because I am not going to half-build something and put my name on it. Let me be as clear as I can be here, because I do not want anybody confused. I am not your coach. I will never be your coach. I did not build the software, I do not train the coaches, and I will never see a single day of your log. Momentum does all of it.
Two things I will be straight about, because you would find out anyway.
I get paid if you join. That is the arrangement, and it is also why I only did this once, with one company, after running it myself, instead of the sponsorships that land in my inbox every week.
And nobody here is promising you a body. No timeline, no before-and-after, no "in twelve weeks you will look like this." What we are promising is that somebody will be watching whether you do the things you said you would. What that turns into is between you and about a thousand ordinary days.
That is it. If it is useful, the door is open.
We would rather turn you away than take your money and underdeliver.
This is for you if
- You have done a long consistent stretch before, so you know it is possible. Holding it is not the question. Restarting is.
- You have bought a programme and stopped opening it.
- You want one person watching, not a group chat.
- You will tell the truth on a bad week, which is the entire ask.
- The gym is not the only thing sliding. You want the sleep, the food and the work you keep postponing held too.
This is not for you if
- You want a training programme. This is not one, and your coach will not write you a hypertrophy split.
- You want a macro plan or a diet prescribed. That needs a registered nutritionist and we will say so.
- You want a date by which you will look a certain way. Nobody honest can give you that.
- You want to track twenty things. Three to five, or this does not work.
- You want somebody to be hard on you. That is not what a good coach does and it has never once worked.
We make one claim, and it is not about your body.
This industry runs on promises with a date attached. Twelve weeks. Ninety days. Summer. We are not going to add to that pile, because we cannot know, and a service that sells you certainty it does not have will lie to you about other things too.
That you will look a certain way by a certain date. That there is a protocol, a split or a supplement that changes the arithmetic. That anybody's before-and-after predicts yours. We do not know your genetics, your history, your sleep or your job, and neither does anyone selling you a twelve-week transformation.
Put one trained person on the handful of things you said you would do daily. Design them properly around the week you actually have. Watch it. Notice when it slips, in week three rather than month six. Change the plan when the plan is wrong. And make sure the honest version of a bad week costs you far less than the hidden one.
One price. One real coach. No tiers, no upsells, nothing to configure.
The founding rate is locked for as long as you stay. Not for a year, not until we "review pricing." For as long as you stay.
More human than an app. A fraction of a full coaching retainer. That gap is the entire argument, and it is the only price comparison on this page that matters.
Locked for as long as you stay · standard rate $99
Or $790 a year, roughly two months free. Your first month is refundable if you showed up and it did not work, and showed up just means you sealed your days.
- A real coach, matched to you, within 48 hours of your application being read
- Three to five daily actions written for your week, not copied from anyone else's
- A private dashboard with both counts on it
- A weekly check-in with a person, on WhatsApp or SMS, whichever you actually use
- Rewritten every week as your life changes, which it will
- An honest answer if we do not think we can help you, before you have spent anything
Coaching and technology by Momentum. Jehvon is not your coach.
Ten honest minutes. Saves as you type. A real person reads every one, and no card is taken until a coach has accepted you.
Places are capped at what our coaches can genuinely hold. There is no ticking counter on this page. When they are gone it will simply say so.
The questions you are actually asking
Is Jehvon my coach?
No. This one matters, so here it is without hedging: Jehvon does not coach anybody through Momentum, and will not see your name, your build or a single day of your log. Your coach is a trained person employed by Momentum, and you will know their name before you log your first day. Jehvon brought this to his audience and runs it himself. That is the whole of his involvement.
Is this just a sponsored ad?
He earns a commission if you join, and he has said so on this page, in the video and in the caption. Burying that would be the only genuinely dishonest thing available here. He is also a member with his own coach, which took longer to arrange than the commission did.
Is this a training programme?
No, and this is the most common misunderstanding. Your coach will not write you a training split or prescribe your macros. What they will do is make sure the four or five things you decided matter actually happen, week after week, and rewrite them when your week changes. Bring your own programme, or your own trainer. This is the layer underneath it.
What if I already have a coach or a trainer?
Good. Most people who do well here already know what to do in the gym. Momentum sits underneath that and handles the part nobody is watching: the sleep, the food prep, the sessions you skip when work gets loud, and the honesty about all three.
What actually happens when I miss?
You mark it missed and you seal the day. Your run goes to zero and your honest count goes up by one. Misses show in grey, never red, and nothing will tell you that you broke something. Three misses in a row on the same item and your coach messages you, because an item you keep missing is usually a badly designed item rather than a character flaw.
Will this get me a physique like his?
Nobody can honestly answer that, so we are not going to pretend to. Genetics, history, age, sleep, stress and about a thousand days all sit between you and any outcome. What we can tell you is that the men who get anywhere are the ones who stayed consistent for far longer than they expected, and consistency is the specific thing this is built to protect.
Who sees my log?
Your coach. That is the list. Not Jehvon, not other members, no feed, no leaderboard. The dashboard is not indexed and its link works like a password.
Can I pause?
Yes. Tell your coach. We pause billing and freeze both counts, so you come back to what you left rather than a wall of missed days.
What if it does not work?
Your first month is refundable if you showed up and it genuinely did not work. Showed up means you sealed your days. We are not going to argue with you about it or run you through a retention script.
Start today. Even if today was a write-off.
Especially if today was a write-off. The first sealed day is the one that counts, and a sealed miss is worth more than an unsealed win.

A word on the harder end of this. Momentum is habit and accountability coaching. It is not medical care, nutritional therapy or mental-health treatment. If your relationship with food, training or your body has become something that worries you or the people around you, that deserves proper support rather than another accountability system, and your coach is trained to say so early and help you find it.
